Performance Portfolio

Who Inspires You?

I personally am inspired by Panic! At The Disco and Dodie Clark. Both are people I aspire to be, both in talent and in personality. Dodie is a very soft singer, who can be powerful when necessary, she is very kind and shows that through both her singing and other vlog type videos. Brendon (the lead singer, and only current member, of Panic at the Disco) is a hyper, kind, accepting guy with a hell of a voice. His range stretches to four octaves, in a mainly tenor voice. Below are a couple of my favourite songs by the pair.

It's almost impossible to put a date on singing in a chorus. It can be believed that the first choruses were found in ancient Greece so let's go ahead and say the first chorus ever was the muses from Disney's Hercules.

And now for; Reflection Time With Sam and Nadia :D

What is left to rehearse in your performance?Probably working on our vocals and the flow of our group/working on how we are together. Chemistry.

What do you need to do during your holiday practice?
Everything. Vigorous practice.

Is there anything you are worried about? How can you fix it??
Again, everything. Rehearsal. Practise, practice, practice makes perfect.

How are you feeling about performing in class?
Unprepared. I think we underestimated the difficulty of a song like the one we're doing.

What are you doing to prepare for this?
"We're gonna meet in an alley and practice." No, but really. Practice is a must. Practice and research. Researching our characters, the play, the scene, everything. :)
